Caring for your Pillow
For best results, the fleece cover should be separated from its form and washed as follows:
Untie the short end of the fleece cover enough to pull out the form. Machine Wash the cover in Cold water in a wash bag or tied pillowcase. Tumble Dry on Low. Once dry, insert form back in cover and re-tie the end.
Forms should be Hand-Washed and Laid Flat to Dry.
Non-Chlorine Bleach can be used if needed. Do Not Iron.

Tips and Caring for your Snufflemat
The BEST tip we have to keep your snufflemats fresh and exciting is to pick them up when they are empty or your pet seems done. This way they don’t keep going back to the mat and picking at it, thinking the treat fairy stopped by and refilled it magically. We also hide the food or treats in different areas of the mat to given them more of a challenge and encourage using their noses.
To wash your mats , you have a couple of options. The first is to wash the mat in your laundry or kitchen sink in warm water and mild detergent. Then rinse in clean water. Wrap in a towel and really wring it/roll it to get out the majority of the moisture and lay flat to dry.
You can wash in a front-loading washing machine on cold on a delicate, low/no spin cycle (it will be loud as the back is rubber) then you can put in the dryer on a no heat, minimal spin cycle (again be warned it’s another loud noise when drying)
